Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using UPS or similar providers as applicable.  We do not currently ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

 ​​SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a 20% restocking fee and the shipping costs for the return. 

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@arrowproductsusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
